新版的香の雫，用上11種不同的原材料製作已成的手工毯酒。在聞香時充滿著Juniper Berries 的傳統香氣，柚子皮跟生姜味隨之略過，加上陣陣的玉桂香，清新而豐富的香氣。入口相對較辛口，但柔滑順喉，juniper berries 跟生姜的辛在口中游走，不算太乾身，中等身型，餘韻適中，有著清新的柚子加上輕的玉桂作結尾。
