位於歧阜縣的達磨正宗，主要出產的是古酒為主，加上福井當地的紅映梅，在聞香時有點像花雕一樣似的，帶著一點咸香，入口不甜，清新的酸度，像是含著一顆話梅，喝一口酸梅湯似的。餘韻雖不是很長，清新的梅味，在口中維持7-8秒。
建議合大閘蟹，火鍋，輕食海鮮之類。
