位於福岡的杜の蔵，酒造都是以全純米釀造。今次用上自家的日本酒作基底酒。選用紫蘇一同熟成梅酒呈玫紅色，入口清新爽口，聞香以純米酒的香氣，入口先是純米酒的味道，中段是梅的可口，尾段有輕輕的紫蘇略過，餘韻適中。用作餐中酒 : 如燒物，炸物也是好的選擇。建議加入Soda 或溫水亦可。
