北島酒造今次用上和歌山的南高梅，而酒底用上生貯蔵原酒，口感豐富，糖是最高質量的高纯度冰糖，而糖的用量僅為正常用量的1/10左右。在聞香上，先是純米酒的清香，淡淡的海水味道，像咸咸似的。入口方面，更是可口，不太甜酸度適中，由於本人不喜歡太甜的梅酒，所以可推介一下比士家這枝清酒酒底梅酒。
