平和酒造做出酸爽的鶴梅酸梅酒，清新爽口。今次用上較高級別的南高梅釀製，比一般份量的多三至四倍的梅，並用上酸度明顯的日本酒作基底酒。隨了梅與日本酒的原本風味外，不作添加，其風味皆能顯現。
