黎自三重縣的寒紅梅，用上自家的日本酒作基底酒，做出黑糖濁梅酒。聞香時有點咸香清新的梅子香氣似的，也像是陳年的一樣優雅，酒感香濃。入口清新，柔和，不甜，帶點梅子的酸味，日本純米的濃醇，沒想到黑糖濁梅酒竟是這樣的味道，本想是很甜，但卻令我大吃一驚。
配襯上一些清淡海鮮也是絕佳選擇
