寒紅梅酒造在西元1854年建立，用上自家釀製的日本酒製成梅酒供俸在宮中，自古以來是奉納神明用的高級酒款。今次用上三重縣的完熟南高梅，加上自家的吟釀酒，香氣優雅宜人，入口有著清酒的清新，完熟梅的甜美。隨加冰外，酒造建議加上熱茶或熱水，味道變得更清爽不甜膩。輕盈梅酒香氣，可保持暖身。
